Jennifer and Joel wanted to have their engagement session somewhere that was completely new to them so they could explore the area and make a whole trip out of it. After talking about a few locations we chose Moab for those dramatic landscapes and western desert vibes.
The day of the session we drove out into the desert where we had the entire area to ourselves, and a few passing riders on horseback. Thankfully we had a little bit of wind on such a warm day which also started blowing up Jennifers dress which made for some great pictures! Once we started making our way to the second location for sunset a huge storm blew through cutting the power and knocking down trees so we postponed until the next day when we could have clear skies and that amazing sunset light.
The next day we made drove out to Dead Horse State Park where we were greeted with beautiful skies for their sunset pictures. Jennifer rocked the most amazing red dress that looked gorgeous against the wild landscape. Just before the sun faded into the distance they threw on their jean jackets and Jennifers engaged jean jacket was absolute goals!
Jennifer and Joels engagement session was breathtaking from start to finish, and I am so glad I was able to be a part of such a rad day!
