Margaret and Scott’s intimate bohemian tipi wedding in Southwest Colorado was unforgettable. From enchanting boho decor to their favorite band playing at the reception, it was an incredible day they will never forget. They wanted to celebrate with all the people they loved. So, they decided to get married on their own property, the Sacred Song Farm. Making the day even more memorable. They got ready in separate areas of the house. Although that didn’t stop Margaret from peeking out the window as the bridal party practiced the song they would perform during the ceremony. While Scott joined, holding their precious baby girl.
While Scott sang outside her window, Margaret slipped into her gorgeous boho wedding dress. Afterward, she had the most endearing first look with her bridesmaids before walking down the aisle to her future husband. Their ceremony was genuine and emotional, with many happy tears and an overflow of love. They planted a tree during the ceremony, followed by their bridal party singing “Into the mystic” by Van Morrison. After the ceremony, we created some magical pictures, which is easy to do when you have such a gorgeous couple in love! Once the stars lit up the sky, they danced the night away with their favorite band, Pokey LaFarge. Who traveled from the south to play for the most deserving couple. An incredible ending to their intimate bohemian tipi wedding in Southwest Colorado. I am so grateful to be a part of such genuine love stories like Margaret and Scott’s.
