Elizabeth and Madison’s snowy mountaintopΒ engagement session in Telluride was a winter-lovers dream!Β Telluride is a special place in the winter, nestled at the end of a box canyon surrounded by majestic 14,000ft snow-capped peaks. The iconic mountains bring in skiers and snowboarders from all over the world to ride the slopes, so I can’t think of aΒ better place for a snowy winter engagement! There are so many different options for exploring them mountains in the winter, you can snowshoe, snowmobile, cross-country ski, or just ride the gondola up to the top of the mountain.Β
I met Elizabeth and Madison on a clear morning day with bright blue skies and the warm sun shining. One thing I love about Colorado is we get sunny days even in the winter, we had to keep taking our coats off since we were so warm! We started off on main street with the iconic snow-capped peaks towering over the small mountain town. Afterward, we rode the gondola up the mountain to view Telluride from above. One of my favorite shots is when skiiers and boarders started riding around them as they held eathother close.Β Engagement sessions are all about having fun, and Elizabeth and Madison’s snowy winter engagement session in TellurideΒ was just that! The San Juan Mountains make the ultimate escape if you are looking for a private mountain getaway. When you have the entire area to yourself, it makes your experience even more intimate!Β
