Avori and David’s romantic elopement at Lost Dutchman State Park is one that I will never forget.
On the afternoon of their elopement, family and friends met them in the desert to help set up the ceremony. They turned the desert landscape into a boho dream with a circular arch, incredible flowers, a mini reception table, and a 2-tier wedding cake. Avori and David suited up their furbaby right before Avori slipped into her dress. David was all smiles and happy tears when he saw Avori for the first time. She looked stunning in her long sleeve floral lace dress. They exchanged vows in an incredible ceremony officiated by a close friend. Once it was time for the rings, their furry little ring-bearer brought them down the aisle. After the ceremony, everyone shared a celebratory toast followed by a romantic sparkler send-off. An epic end to their romantic sunset elopement.
The following day we drove to Sedona to hike Cathedral Rock, the best place to watch the sunset in Sedona. Although it is only a 1.2-mile roundtrip hike, some sections require vertical climbing/scrambling up the rocks. Be sure to wear proper hiking shoes with good grip for an easier climb up and down. Tip: If you are hiking up to watch the sunset, bring headlamps so you can find your way down the mountain. Avori and David made their vision come to life with their romantic elopement at Lost Dutchman State Park.
